We want you to love your order and we will always work with you if there are any problems.
Please contact us at orders@shopluox.com with any questions or issues.
Our policy is that we will accept exchanges or returns on any item that does not fit or does not meet your expectations as long as:
- The item that is to be returned is in undamaged original packaging.
- The item that is to be returned is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with original tags attached.
- The requests for exchanges or returns is made within 30 days of being purchased.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you at no charge.
The customer is responsible for shipping items back to us.
Sale items are considered final sale.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@shopluox.com so that we can make it right.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
